With jobs for the UN, the Royal Palace and major furniture producers under his belt, Åke Axelsson is one of Sweden’s most successful designers. Yet, he doesn’t have the household name of predecessors like Bruno Mathsson or Carl Malmsten.
Form paid a visit to the internationally acclaimed Folkhem carpenter in his workshop just outside Stockholm.
